Responsible for the efficient & profitable operation of the branch rental department. Advises & makes recommendations to the President/General Manager/Branch Manager with respect to the best interest of the branch rental department whenever & wherever activities of the company are involved.
Supporting Service Manager and Service Technicians in the efficient completion of their respective tasks while also focusing on providing superior customer service. Must present himself/herself in a professional manner at all times and be able to get along with both customers and fellow employees.
Rental: Responsible for the efficient handling and control of the rental businesses through proper inventory, record keeping, delivery, and reporting as well as other duties as specified by rental manager.
Service: Initiates customer services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; writing repair orders;maintaining customer rapport and records. Is a customer liaison, builds customer satisfaction and demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
Responsible for securing an assigned amount of profitable business for the company through proper, planning, adequate territorial coverage, effective sales presentations and through administrations. Accountable for a specific line or type of equipment, whether Golf & Turf or Construction products. Other required duties as specified by their assigned Sales Manager.
A journeyman technician defined to be a technician who can perform all necessary mechanical work and welding either at the Company shops or at a customer’s job site/location in a safe, efficient, capable, and professional manner. Equipment includes all products under 110 hp including but not limited to loader backhoes, skid steers, miniexcavations, small loaders, landscape equipment, trailers, rollers, air compressors, etc.
Perform maintenance, repair, and rebuilding jobs at company shops or at customer’s jobsite/location in a safe, efficient, capable, and professional manner. Conduct oneself in a manner demonstrating both personal and company professionalism in the presence of customers. Must be polite and courteous at all times and demonstrate willingness and ability to work with fellow employees.
